Our Nurse Practitioner will work with you to select the best plan for your goals. We offer plans tailored to meet your individual needs. Most insurance plans will not pay for weight loss medications, so check your plan for details.
How it works
You have the option to meet with our nurse practitioner over the phone or on an easy telehealth/video chat visit. Followup visits can be through our patient portal, or via telephone or video chat visit. We have the flexibility to make visits easy for everyone.

Important Information
We accept major credit card for payments. We do not bill insurance. We are happy to provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance, however, many insurance plans do not offer reimbursement for weight loss services.
